Workspace settings (for Administrators) cover options that apply to everyone, as distinct from your own personal profile preferences.

Email notifications#

A workspace-wide switch controls whether BriefFlow sends notification emails at all. Turning it off doesn't affect in-app notifications, which always continue — it only stops the email side. This is separate from an individual's own email preference; both have to be on for that person to receive emails.

Delivery visibility#

If email notifications aren't arriving, Administrators can check a delivery status view showing recent send attempts and their outcome, without exposing technical error detail that isn't actionable for troubleshooting day to day.
