Signing in#

Go to /login and sign in with the email and password your administrator set you up with (or that you chose when accepting your invitation). There's no public sign-up form — every account starts as an invitation.

Forgot your password#

Use Forgot Password on the sign-in page. You'll receive an email with a reset link; opening it lets you set a new password. Nobody — including an administrator — can see or reset your password for you directly; this is the only way to regain access if you forget it.

Disabled accounts#

An administrator can disable an account (for example, when someone leaves the team) without deleting it, preserving their history as the author of past comments, understandings, and QA results. A disabled account can't sign in. If your account has been disabled, you'll see a message explaining that at sign-in — contact your administrator.

Session behavior#

Your session stays active across visits until you sign out or an administrator disables your account. Signing out is available from the account menu in the top-right of the application.
