Documentation
BriefFlow is a work-management platform for software teams built around one idea: a task being assigned isn't the same as a task being understood. Before execution starts, the assignee writes their own interpretation of the task and a manager reviews it — so misunderstandings surface before code does, not after.
BriefFlow is used by engineering managers who assign and review work, developers and testers who do it, and anyone tracking delivery through QA and release.
Core workflow
A task moves through the same six stages regardless of who's involved: assign, confirm understanding, execute, test, release, report.
