Exports give you the same underlying task data as Reports, as a downloadable file — for sharing outside BriefFlow or working with in a spreadsheet.
Formats
CSV and XLSX are both supported. Every column is human-readable — task status, priority, and type are written out as their labels, not raw internal codes, and a task's assignees are listed by name in one cell (semicolon-separated), not split across duplicate rows.
Presets
Common exports are one click away: Completed This Week, Completed This Month, Completed By User, Completed By Project, Release Tasks, All Completed Tasks, Current Blocked Tasks, and QA Changes Requested. Each preset just pre-fills the filters below it — you can still adjust them before downloading.
Filters
Narrow an export by date range, completed date, assignee, owner, project, release, status, priority, and type.
Row limits
A single export is capped at a fixed number of rows to keep generation fast and reliable. If your filters match more than that, you'll be asked to narrow them rather than receiving a silently truncated file.
What you can export
Exports respect your own permissions — you see the same task data through an export that you'd see anywhere else in BriefFlow, nothing more.
